INTRODUCTION:

This Privacy Policy contains the manner in which Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Quantum Leap”) shall collect, store and use the information: a) shared by the Client with Quantum Leap while signing up to avail any of the courses and/or services offered by Quantum Leap through various modes that include physical/ online and/or through QL One mobile application (the ‘QL One App’) or through https://rajivtalreja.com/ (“Website”) (collectively referred to as “The Platform“)) and all other sub domains; and b) collected by Quantum Leap in the process of the Client using the Services in the Platform.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “We,” “Us,” and “Our(s)” shall be deemed to refer to Quantum Leap, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “You,” and “Your(s),” shall be deemed to refer to the Client, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Platform” shall be deemed to refer to Website and QL One App of Quantum Leap, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) shall become effective on the date the Client avails any of the services from Quantum Leap and agrees to be bound by the Service Agreement by creating an account on the Platform (irrespective of whether the Client may use such Services offered thereafter or not).

Quantum Leap collects certain personal information of the Client at the time the Client initiates the process of registration with Quantum Leap either by entering into a Service Agreement or by creating an account on the Platform of Quantum Leap. In addition to the above, Quantum Leap also collects certain (non-personal) information (at times on an ongoing basis) when the Client avails certain Services under the Platform of the Quantum Leap.

This Privacy Policy, which is also a part of the Service Agreement executed by Quantum Leap with its Client, details out the information collected and stored by Quantum Leap along with the manner in which the said information will be used by Quantum Leap.

We wish to clarify and stress that any information sought by Quantum Leap and/or collected by it shall only be used in accordance with this Policy and the terms of the Service Agreement. Quantum Leap further endeavours to protect the interests and privacy of all its Clients and has taken suitable security measures to protect information submitted by the Clients to Quantum Leap.

Quantum Leap may change the terms of this Policy from time to time and the same shall be notified to all of its Client(s) either through Platform notification or text message on the registered mobile number, as the case may be. Further, the latest and updated Policy can be found on the Platform of Quantum Leap under the heading ‘Privacy Policy’.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
1. Information You Provide Directly:
  1. In order to access and use services offered by Quantum Leap, it may ask its Client to provide certain personal information including Client’s full name, registered address, email address, phone number, GST details, if applicable, in case the Client is making inquiries or interacting with the services offered by Us. This information will allow Us to communicate effectively with you and offer the services that meet your needs. Additionally, We may collect information such as date of birth, address, education and identity proof, necessarily for Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  2. Our service delivery process consists of several stages, including Client Consultation, Requirement Assessment, Tailored Solutions, Implementation, Monitoring, and Results. At each stage, We may collect, process, and store the data provided by You, to ensure that We are able to deliver Our services that are tailored to Your requirements. Rest assured, any data collected by Us will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in full compliance with this Policy and the applicable laws.
  3. To enhance Your experience on Our Platform, we may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. These tools help Us to analyse how You interact with Our Platform, allowing Us to offer personalized content, improve the functionality of Our services through Platform, and display relevant advertisements based on Your interests and usage patterns. We may also share basic details of Our Clients with other clients where necessary to provide access to certain features of the Platform.

1. All non-public information provided to Quantum Leap shall be used to help provide the Services, improve the Platform experience, and the quality of Services provided to the Clients. This includes, but is not limited to, using the information to deliver tailored solutions, implement and monitor Services, and provide results-driven outcomes.
2. The information shared with and collected by Quantum Leap may also be used for the following purposes:
  1. To improve the quality of Services, including analysing Client feedback and market trends.
  2. To process payments for Services or other dues, where applicable, and to manage Client accounts.
  3. To provide customer support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  4. Internal record keeping, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date Client records.
  5. To regulate and manage Our professional relationship with You during Your engagement with Us, including communicating with You about your experience, account, feedback and Services.
  6. Analyse the Platform, during utilization of the Services, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the experience of anyone who visits the same.
  7. To identify any problems that the Client may encounter and to provide timely solutions.
  8. To comply with applicable laws or requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  9. Send promotional emails about Our new products/services, offers, or other information to the email address and contact information provided, tailored to the Client's interests and preferences.
  10. Market research purposes, including analysing Client data to identify trends and opportunities.
  11. We may use Your personal information, if You so desire, to share promotional information and third-party advertisements and information that You may find interesting based on Your interests and locations.
  12. We at Quantum Leap and/or through appointed third-party service providers collect and use data and analyse the same to produce analysis for optimization of business-oriented results as part of the Services, marketing, strategy, and other business purposes.
  13. Quantum Leap may also share such data with certain financial institutions for the purpose of assisting the Client in availing financing services and options or other business resources, if the Client so requires.
  14. Quantum Leap may also share basic details of the Clients with third parties where necessary in order to provide access to certain features of the Platform, such as networking opportunities or collaborative tools.
3. By providing Us with your information, You agrees and has no objection to the above uses of Your information and acknowledges that Quantum Leap may use and disclose Your information as described in this Policy. By using the Services, the Client also consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined above.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
1. We prioritize and respect your privacy. We will only share your personal information under the following circumstances, unless otherwise mentioned in this Policy:

With Your Consent: You have full control over when and with whom Your information is shared, particularly when utilizing features that asks Your consent to share content or communicate with other users. 6. Incident Response: In the event of a security incident, We have a dedicated team responsible for investigating, mitigating, and resolving the breach. We will provide You with timely updates on the status of the investigation and the measures taken to prevent future occurrences, and we will also conduct a post-incident review to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
PHISHING
1. We take online security very seriously and strongly caution You to be vigilant against phishing scams. These are fraudulent attempts to steal Your personal information, impersonating Us, by pretending to be some sort of communications initiated by Us to You and falsely claiming to be Us. Please be aware that the Platform shall never request Your login credentials or payment details through unsecured or unsolicited methods, such as email or text messages. Always ensure that any sensitive information is shared only through our verified and secure channels, such as the Platform, to protect Your data, privacy and security.
2. We recommend that You use anti-phishing tools and services, such as two-factor authentication and password managers, to further protect Your personal data from unauthorized access. Additionally, We regularly update Our own security protocols to prevent phishing attacks and safeguard Your information, and We also provide security awareness training to Our personnel to prevent phishing attacks.
CONTROL OF INFORMATION BEING SHARED & COLLECTED:
1. Consent to Receive Information: The Client will be given the option to agree to receive information, communications, marketing, and promotional offers and can make an appropriate choice if they do not wish to receive such communications.
2. Changes to Preferences: Any changes to preferences regarding receiving or sharing information can be made by writing to Quantum Leap via email at support@quantumleap.co.in.
3. Withdrawal of Consent:
  1. The Client may withdraw consent for the sharing or provision of information by providing a written request via letter or email with an electronic signature to support@quantumleap.co.in.
  2. Upon receiving such a request, Quantum Leap may restrict or stop Services or access to the Platform without prejudice to its other rights.
  3. The withdrawal of consent will take effect from the date on which the written communication is received by Quantum Leap (“Withdrawal Effective Date”).
  4. The withdrawal of consent will not affect any actions already undertaken by Quantum Leap in compliance with its policies prior to the Withdrawal Effective Date.
4. Processing Timeline for Data Deletion: Quantum Leap will require a reasonable period of up to 30 days from the date of the Client’s request to delete the Client’s personal data from its records is received to ensure that it is no longer used, except where retention is required in accordance with the law.
5. Client Rights and Choices:
  1. The Client has the right to request a copy of their personal data held by Quantum Leap. This will be provided in a machine-readable format, such as CSV or JSON, within 30 days of the request received by Quantum Leap.
  2. If any personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, the Client can request corrections or updates, and Quantum Leap will address such requests within 15 days.
  3. The Client may request the transfer of their personal data to another service provider and such request may be entertained by Us where it technically feasible for Us, using secure, industry-standard transfer protocols.
  4. The Client can opt out of promotional communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in these communications or contacting Quantum Leap directly. Opt-out requests will be honoured within 7 days.
  5. The Client has the right to object to the processing of their personal data under specific circumstances, such as direct marketing. If such an objection is raised, Quantum Leap shall cease processing such Client’s data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds to continue, such as legal obligations.
6. Impact of Withdrawal: The Client acknowledges that withdrawing consent may result in limited access to Our certain Services or features, as some data is essential to providing full and optimal benefits of the Services.
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
1. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or Service Agreement, comply with legal obligations, resolve any disputes, and enforce our agreements. The length of time We keep Your data may vary depending on the type of information, as well as any applicable legal, regulatory, or operational requirements that may apply, including those under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Once the retention period has expired or the data is no longer needed, We will securely delete or anonymize Your information in accordance with Our data retention practices, which are designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. We strive to retain only the minimum amount of personal data necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We regularly review our data retention practices to ensure that unnecessary data is deleted promptly and permanently from our data base, and we also ensure that our data retention practices are aligned with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation under the GDPR.
PROTECTING CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
1. Our services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If We become aware that We have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, We will take immediate action to remove the data from Our records and ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations, including the DPDP's provisions on the protection of children's personal data.
2. We may use age verification mechanisms to ensure compliance with this policy and prevent the collection of personal data from minors. We also ensure that our age verification mechanisms are compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection rules and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

INDEMNITY
1. You agree and undertake to indemnify Us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure of information by You to such third parties either through our Platform or otherwise, and Your use and access of websites, applications and resources of third parties. We assume no liability for any actions of third parties with regard to Your Information or Personal Information which You may have disclosed to such third parties.
2. We also reserve the right to take legal action to defend our rights or protect Our interests should Your actions lead to a violation of the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
